I highly, highly CAUTION you regarding this firm. They appraised my Commercial property about $1,100,000 LOWER than what the current buyer was willing to buy and eventually sold for. I eventually had to hire ANOTHER appraiser who appraised our Commercial property $600,000 HIGHER than what they had evaluated. The appraised value came in significantly below market expectations, which has not only disrupted the progress of my transaction but also raised serious concerns regarding the accuracy and methodology of the valuation.
