Jake was excellent to work with. What stood out to me the most was his capability to deliver an accurate appraisal. It was clear that he places great importance on ensuring the precision of the square footage and measurements. This was my first time working with Jake, and it was a very positive experience. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a property appraisal.
Reviewed wrong company. Explained to the guy why and then I changed the review because it wouldn’t let me delete it. Now he gets a 1 Star because he’s sensitive and doesn’t allow people to make mistakes and move on to doing business.
