Excellent service! My family has used Alpha Appliance Service in Jackson for many appliances. They repaired my washer, dryer and refrigerator. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and repairs were very cost-efficient . Highly recommend!
Our washer was not working so we called for service, they came quickly but unfortunately could not repair it. It took approximately 5 minutes. They charged me $145 plus $9.61 tax, we paid cash!! This was a total rip off. I feel like I was scammed.
