Dian did a great job fixing my washer. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and left my house as he found it. Iva was great too on the phone!! Highly recommended.
The BEST!! I have used Alpha Appliance Service for over 2 years. They are honest and reliable! When dealing with appliance repairs , as a layman, you could be told anything. There were several issues with the refrigerator. Dian addressed what was wrong and replaced the part in my refrigerator and told us to wait a few days before ordering anything else. It worked and there was no need for other parts. Definitely recommend Alpha Appliance and use them again!!!!
I was extremely pleased with the service I recieved. The technician was very knowlegable and helpful. Great communication and fast response time.
Charles from Alpha Appliance Repair did a great job diagnosing and replacing the faulty part in my refrigerator. I thought I was going to have to replace my fridge, so I’m very happy. Thanks
