Really professional. Quick same day service. Give Alex a call. I'll be calling again for my appliance service calls.
Came and charged the $99 visit fee to fix our hood and stove burners, told us he would get the parts, then ghosted us after repeated calls. Disappointing.
Quick response time. Good service. It’s great to have a working washing machine once again! I would definitely call Alex for future repairs.
Alex did a great job repairing my refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable and communicated the diagnosis and solution very clearly. His price was fair and he followed up a couple days later to ensure all was working well. I will definitely use Alex again for any future appliance repair.
