Have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there in last fer years. Today I had lost my dogs eyedrops she's been on for a year and a half. My vets not open till monday. Called alta vista seeing if I could grab some from them, not without a 260 dollar consultation even though I know exactly what's wrong and what meds she needs. Then asked since I have spent a ton of money there the last few years if they could waive the consult fee or atleast reduce it since the vet will only have to look at her eye for 1 second. I got my cat spayed here and they were the most professional veterinarian I have met. They gave us the right amount of pain medication to take home and supplied her with a full body recovery suit for healing at home. I will definitely be coming back for routine check ups. Thankyou Alpha Hospital!
We have been bringing our dog here for years. The staff are knowledgeable and very gentle. Dr Vipan and her staff are the best!
My cat had to have emergency surgery. The staff were all very kind and compassionate to our cat and to ourselves. The fees were reasonable. The customer service was above and beyond.
