I always have to applaud local businesses when they go above and beyond service. I called the first marble shop that popped up on google because I had a few tiles that needed to be cut. Bernard from Alpha and Omega Tiles had me come right over on a Saturday and when he didn't have all the tools at his office to make the edges perfect, he ran with me over to his shop. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHA & OMEGA TILES AND ITS OWNER, BERNARD GLICKMAN unless you want HORRIBLE tile installation and unscrupulous business practice. We paid him 55% of the cost of our project upfront and he merely completed 35% of the work before he started not showing up at the job. He demanded more money in order to continue the work even though we had a written and signed agreement on the scope of work and payment schedule.
