If you want competence and knowledge, call Alpha Aire. 24 degrees outside with no heat. Scott had it working in record time. He came highly recommended ~ I highly recommend him to you. I am ashamed to say I rarely take the time to write reviews. This man deserves 5+ stars!!!
To Jade Williams with the 1 star rating. How can you complain about customer service if you are not a customer? I remember you typing on your phone while turning the corner from Stonecroft Blvd., coming within 1 foot of my truck. I beeped the horn and got your middle finger and a quick "F--K You". Don't know what the 1 star review has to do with Scott's customer service. If I was going to call someone for an install or service, it would be Scott with Alpha Aire, peace of mind knowing that the job is going to be done right. I have used him multiple times for my business. A+++
If this guy is anything like he drives then you are in trouble. Irate Owner who when I tried to call to complain about someone in the companies driving proceeded to curse me out and tell me he was the driver. Terrible customer service which is the first thing to know about a company. If you have to deal with Scott take your business elsewhere.
