I've tried calling multiple times and the front desk receptionist just rudely hangs up. I didn't even get a chance to do business with these guys and I already will never look there way again. I'm huge on customer service and the work so far shown by the receptionist says a lot about how they do business. Only reason they got one star from me is due to the fact that its required to post a review.
Lied about part as unit is bad. Just a shame.
I had heard of Alpha Air a few times from some friends and thought I would try them out. When I called the office the lady was so friendly and explained the appointment time and the fee to me. I appreciate that they have Veteran and Senior discounts too. They did a great job and even though I had to have a part ordered, the time frame on fixing it was very minimal. I will be using them again if I should need.
Alpha was a very professional company. The gentleman that worked on my system was friendly and very knowledgeable. i will use them again.
