I called on Sunday and left a message we were having problems with our air conditioner. I called 3 times Monday between 8 and noon. I texted 3 times didn't hear anything called another 2 times still didn't hear anything. I was a customer of theirs. I am not now. I did another text that said I'm having a horrible customer experience. And they got back to me right away and said sorry. "We'll have somebody call you ASAP". Extremely disappointed with this company. They completely ignored multiple calls, voicemails, and text messages I sent to reschedule my appointment. Even after the property management company contacted the owner directly and I was told the issue would be resolved, nothing happened. I understand they may be overwhelmed due to the heat and high demand, but basic communication is non-negotiable.
