Matthew and Hayden installed a new AC unit for us and they did an exceptional job. They came and checked the unit, gave us a very fair estimate and scheduled the installation. From beginning to end, everyone we talked to were courteous and helpful. They addressed all of our questions and concerns. The entire process was smooth and easy.
Alpha Air, Heating and Cooling did an excellent job diagnosing the issue as to why our A/C was not working.Steve Faile is very knowledgeable and educated me on the different components of our unit and had the repair done in 15 min. Will be using them again when the time comes.
I had issues with my AC. After a small mishap Stephen the owner made sure to deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Not only was he a man of his word but he also made sure to come to my home personally and take care of the issue driving 3 hours to my home. I would most definitely recommend this company as they take the needs of their customers very seriously and aim to exceed in customer service.
Great family owned company with morals and a heart to actually help people! Steven came out and did an amazing job representing the company! Will be using them for ALL future AC maintenance.
