I strongly recommend this company. I am very happy with the installation of my multisplit with 3 indoor units. I found everyone to be professional and friendly. I was impressed with Darren who did the initial quote. He was knowledgeable and gave good advice. Charlie and James the installers were also pleasant as was Ryan the electrician who helped me set up the wifi on the units.
Outstanding experience working with Alpha Air on the replacement of our old gas ducted heating system with an electric ducted reverse cycle system for our heritage home. We did an enormous amount of research and sourced multiple quotes, and so happy we decided to go with the Alpha Air team. From the initial sales quote to install, the entire team was professional, answered all questions thoroughly, and was diligent in the service they provide. Very happy with the end product, we cannot recommend highly enough!
