Very prompt professional service from the company that installed my gas heater 2 years ago. Jess in the office managed the call and Kendrick the engineer solved the issue. No charge as it was a known issue with a unit under warranty and swiftly fixed. Impressed. Everyone was personable, professional and experienced.
Competitively priced and outstanding customer service. Had a multi-head reverse cycle system installed. My wife just commented on how polite all their employees are. Highly recommend.

Locky, Charlie and the team at Alpha Air did a fantastic job yesterday installing our gas central heating unit - although the weather and the job itself was unpleasant being under the house, they were always friendly helpful courteous and very efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and tested the unit successfully. Well done to the Alpha Air team !!!
