Alpha Air put a split system into my older style 2nd level apartment in Elwood. A more complicated process than many other properties. They were prompt , thorough & flexible about the upfront deposit. The tradies who installed the unit were respectful, friendly & did a great job. They even sent someone back to the property (at my request) free of charge, to help me set up the WiFi control system. I’d definitely recommend Alpha Air Heating & Cooling.
The whole team at Alpha Air were exceptional to deal with from start to finish. Daniel and the entire installation team were polite, friendly and efficient. They left no mess at all and were a pleasure to deal with, absolutely recommend Alpha Air
We have just had AlphaAir helping us with a new ducted reverse cycle system for our home- they were such a brilliant team, starting with Matt, Darren, Locky and also Daniel & the other person that helped installing the unit onsite. They were very accommodating despite their busy schedules, had been prompt and professional with answering all questions we have asked in the process. Couldn’t speak more highly of the team- Matt who organised a last minute install after another company mishap, full explanation and application for for gov rebates which others didn’t, so saving me hundreds. Daniel, Dylan, Matt, amazing service and craftsmanship start to finish.
