Hi. Im at a house right now where this company screwed this lady out of soo much money and sold her a old unit and said it was new. There's oil all over the inside the unit. I tried to call and no answer. The lady calls every day and no answer. The unit looks like 2 crack heads installed it in 30min. The drain is up in the air. This thing is horrible. Please don't use this company. YOU WELCOME!

Derek and his staff have been unprofessional from the start. Didn't show up on the 1st scheduled appt, doesn't return calls and after being paid $350 for poor work that resulted clogged lines and overflowing water within 1 month, he's too busy to come fix what was never done properly from the get go... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
After roughly 8 techs that has been to my business they have absolutely been the most honest and fair company I’ve done business yet. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
