Xavier came out to check a faulty hot water system on 20/6/2025 at my Mums home in Bright. He came out on the day, response time was great. He was a good communicator, informative, courteous and generally a nice person to deal with. Unable to find anything wrong with the unit which later turned out to be a plumbing problem, he did not charge a call out fee saying he couldn't charge a fee when didn't fix anything, something that would be unheard of in Melbourne.
