Professional, Patient and Perfection. The 3 P's sums up our experience with Xavier and Alpex Electrical. After dismissing two other solarinstallers because they showed a lack of interest, Xavier and Ben were courteous, took their time with us answering all our questions, cleaned up after themselves and we are delighted with the outcome. Highly Recommended.
The Alpex team replaced an old gas cooktop with an induction cooktop in our Bright home with no issues. Completed the job as scheduled….Xavier is 100% professional and his communication is brilliant. He even offered to store the new cooktop at his workplace before the job could be done……we were very appreciative of this. We highly recommend Xavier and his team for any electrical work that needs to be done!
Alpex Electrical did an outstanding job connecting all our electrical needs during our recent renovation. Xavier was always quick to respond to messages and discuss our needs. Damien and the boys were great to work with and the end result is awesome.
Xavier came out to check a faulty hot water system on 20/6/2025 at my Mums home in Bright. He came out on the day, response time was great. He was a good communicator, informative, courteous and generally a nice person to deal with. Unable to find anything wrong with the unit which later turned out to be a plumbing problem, he did not charge a call out fee saying he couldn't charge a fee when didn't fix anything, something that would be unheard of in Melbourne. Xavier is such a professional. He and his guys really take care and know their work. They have done a fabulous job upgrading the connection to my lovely old house in Bright. I would highly recommend them!
