It was last March – April when we started search for buying “own home”. I need to mention that “Alpert homes” is the only community we had gone through. Thought there were many free lots available at that time, it happened to like a pre-built home. This home suits to our customizations and also this community looked great to us. Alpert Signature Homes is a great place to work. Michael and Brian Alpert are really easy to work with and care a lot about the quality of the homes they build. The homes are beautiful and Valentia Court is in a great location - near the city, Cherry Creek Schools, lots of shopping, Highline Canal Trail, etc. I have worked here for 7 months and am very happy as their employee. I know they treat buyers with the same friendliness and respect as they treat me and everyone who works for them.
My husband and I were very hesitant about working with a new home builder. We had heard many horror stories about not delivering on time, up selling every amenity and lack of attention to detail. We were very pleased with our entire home building experience with Alpert Homes. The difference with them is that they truly care about giving you a quality home that is customized to your individual taste. They care about the details, they are fair and true to their word.
