I do not recommend this apartment complex. Despite yearly rent increases, there are no upgrades or improvements made to the units. Maintenance is difficult to reach and problems often go unresolved. The laundry machines frequently do not work, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring units is constant. There are also serious pest issues, including bugs, mice, and roaches. Called multiple times to speak to billing about a rent related issue. Never received any call back in weeks. The secretary who answered the phone was clueless said something to the effect of business hours are from 9-5 and abruptly transferred me to be greeted by yet another voicemail. Going around in circles trying to get 1 reply to 1 question. Update: I’m honestly beginning to think there’s no real operational management only a placeholder on paper! Food for thought!
Don’t Rent or Buy Here , they don’t take care of their properties, black mold in apartments, VERY BAD WATER BUG infestation, Mice problems, apartments are not proper ventilated, don’t keep up with yard work, always a broken dryer , they don’t fix ABSOLUTELY nothing , they are to busy working on the super apartment after the last one quite cause they don’t give them the equipment to do the work
Do not rent from any complex they manage! You will not have your apartment serviced. Very rude unprofessional, broken appliances, frequent extermination (chemicals) request. Poor management broken agreements. Rude upstairs neighbor issues! Kids playing on your front porch that you don't know! No parents supervision, kids will brake your vehicle and the Alpert Group will not respond! Call the police, they said! Dumpsters full of trash!!!!
Take the time to review your lease in its entirety. The manager will overcharge when renewing a lease. When questioned, they will pretend it is a mistake.
