I had my 1st appointment today with Dr. Becker and his staff and was very impressed with every aspect of my visit. Nancy was incredibly thorough and friendly in prepping me for my time with the doctor. My initial impression of Dr. Becker was very positive and only got better from there. He is friendly, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable and focused on my particular concerns. He conducted a thorough exam and developed a very comprehensive plan. Thank You Dr. Becker & Your Fine Staff!
I was referred to Dr Becker by an ER doc for followup for a fast-moving MRSA infection. His office worked me in the next day (!) Not only was he thorough, he is an extra-mile Dr who helped me with a referral to a hand specialist because I had broken my hand the Sunday evening after I went to the ER with half my face swollen. Some people complain about having to wait to see a Dr, but if I know a Dr works in patients who truly need help, I'm happy to wait. He listens AND hears what you tell him.
Dr Alperstein and he's staff put my mind completely at rest that we had picked the right doctor for our daughters surgery. Would highly recommend
Doctor saw me in emergency when half my face became paralyzed from an ear infection. Got me in and taken care of as well as made sure of my symptoms when coming back for my follow up. Very professional.
After I had gone to the doc in a box twice and did not get better Dr. Alperstein took a culture and prescribed the right antibiotics that got me well.
Unprofessional staff and Dr had zero personality. Waited over an hr just to see Dr.
Dr. Becker is very nice and helpful, but the wait time is ridiculous and the waiting room and restroom are gross. The staff is not very kind. In fact, they are usually down right rude. They are short with words and quick to dismiss you or forget you. Its also a pain to wait a week for the Dr to call you with test results, or to answer a question. He usually calls outside of typical office hours and on the weekends from a blocked number. I always miss his call and hope he left info in the message
Dr. Alperstein is a very kind and sweet man. Made my daughter feel so much better about a tonsilectomy and adenoidectomy. She had horrible sleep apnea and reoccurent strep. Last night, same day of her surgery, she's had the best sleep she's had in a long while! Her pain is minimal and is eating and drinking soft stuff just fine! I'm in shock! Thank you SO much Doctor!!!!
I would NOT recommend the Dr. Alperstein to family and friends because the staff does not have any skills on customer services. I do believe that the patient is the priority for any doctor, when you called the office, I do NOT answer their phones, when the operator picked up the phone, the operator took your information and the operator stated that they will call you back. When you have the chance to speak with a staff member, they just closed the phone on your face.
