Dr. Becker saw all my family members. We were treated with respect from the front staff, back staff and Dr. Becker himself.
Stepped outside his scope of practice. He refused to provide ide needed services. Instead, he branched off into bullying about diet and weight loss.
After waiting for 2+Hours for the Top Doc to see me, i approached him at the nurses station. Sick and in pain i may have been seen as abrasive or rude. Dr Becker responded with professionalism, efficacy, and compassion. Post op, he ensured my expected ride could and would be found to safely take me home. I brought my son in to this office to be seen. I’ve never come across such a disrespectful dr. Especially one that deals with children. He accused my 7 year old son who has had asthma his entire life of “lying about it” It didn’t stop at the dr either. The entire practice is poorly run. The office staff seems very incompetent. Not to mention the wait was extremely long!
I would recommend Dr, Becker to all my friends and family. He spends time with you and answers all you questions and concerns. Dr. Becker's medical staff Nancee who has been with Dr Becker for 26 years and Karen are the best and makes sure you are ok with any procedures. As you walk down the hall you see pictures of a lot of famous people who have visited this facility. They are the best.
Meeting Dr. Becker was a real pleasure, he made up for the front desk staff. I called over 12 times in Sept. to make an appointment & the phone is answered and one is put on hold, one day, I put my phone on speaker and waited 45 minutes. I finally called my Doctor's office and her Nurse and I did a 3 way call. The front desk CSR again said, Dr. Becker's office, hold, my Nurse said why we were calling and we were put on hold for 13 minutes. The lady(s) always says she is alone and too many calls.
I have been a patient of Dr Becker's for over 14 years. He is thorough and caring. When I think of all he has done for me, I get emotional. The reason I am still here is because he gave me the best care possible when I was dealing with cancer. Thank you Dr Becker. Thank you also to his office staff and nurse, Nancy.
Dr. Alperstein is awesome. The staff are very friendly and always have time to answer my questions.
5 years after my surgery, my nose feels like it does not work properly. It's not easy to live with. I regret doing the septum surgery. At least the inside of my nose did not flap around before the surgery.
