In March of 2002, Dr. Alpern in collaboration with Commission for the Blind, gave me the gift of clearer sight when he removed cataracts from my eyes! I was a homeschool mom at the time with a 10 year old girl and a 14 year old boy. The cataracts I'd had for twelve years greatly impeded my job! Dr. Alpern is tops in his field. He came very highly recommended, and with good reason. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. His staff is very professional and courteous. My whole experience was awesome. I was apprehensive about the surgery, but Dr Alpern and his staff put my fears and anxiety to rest. I highly recommend him.
