Suffolk, Va. 23435 is the best from Mr.James Backus who was very polite and professional from the start of our meeting, he explained everything so I could understand what I was signing in detail and what to expect not only that he and his assistant Ann stayed back to get me through my closing on 6/28/24when they were supposed to be getting off , I highly recommend Alperin law with me James Backus. I give 10 stars….

Used them for a real estate closing. Responsive, accurate, great tips from experienced people. It's true that the phone tree is atrocious! But don't let that dissuade you. Great experience overall.
