Alpenhaus Motel is an older motel. It does have a nice view of the sun rising in the sky , however. The management was engaging and took the time to help. Great customer service and centrally located,
Stay away! This motel was very dirty with stains on the sheets, hair all over in the bathroom and burn marks on the carpeting. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked for a room change or refund they did not have any non-smoking rooms left and refused to give me a refund. The management was very rude and threatening. This motel was so bad that we gave up our room and stayed at the EconoLodge just around the corner for a cheaper rate, cleaner room and better service.
