We have a passion for playing and testing ourselves in the mountains, and we love inspiring others to do the same. Led by certified mountain guides, we are excited every day to teach the fundamentals of mountain travel that can lead anyone from their first exploration of rock and snow all the way to the summit of Mount Everest.

So much fun with the Alpenglow crew climbing Tahoe's Via Ferrata. The guides are knowledgable, experienced, and fun. This is a great family, or solo activity, with spectacular views. Be prepared to have the most fun day ever!
We had a blast! We got lucky and it was just our party and we were moving pretty quickly so our guide Jake offered to let us go on the longer path. Jake was a lot of fun and super knowledgeable about the area. He even gave us some recommendations for the rest of the trip. If we make it back to the area we would definitely go again.
Did the Tahoe Via Ferrata with Alpenglow Expeditions and had a amazing experience. Our guide was awesome, he made us feel safe and took lots of videos which we appreciated!. The views were incredible, and the route was a exciting challenge. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun adventure in Lake Tahoe.
Via Ferrata is Fun for young and old. I’m a climber and I had fun bringing a non climber to get a taste of rock climbing in a safe and exciting manner.
Did two days of rock climbing at Donner Pass with a private group and the guides were INCREDIBLE. Safety was always first and we all felt comfortable in their care. Dave, Daryl, Amy, Ben and Andrew were all inspiring and made the week unforgettable.
