Took LG television to Tom Pelleran on Nov. 5. Called on Dec. 18, still not repaired. Called Dec. 27, not repaired. Called on January 17th that we would pick up our not repaired t.v. Was told he doesn't work on the week end and the back was off. Called on Monday, Jan. 19, that we would be in to pick up the t.v. Was told to give him 1/2 hour to put the back on.
