GARBAGE! You violate several consumer protection laws when you deny a warranty because a retailer chooses not to carry a product. I emailed them and this was their reply. I said "Good day, I recently purchased the Alpena 77980 FLOGO 48" multicolor interior light kit from my local Walmart. These guys know what customer service means. I purchased wheel covers from a store in Alberta and they were missing the adjuster clips and I no longer had my receipt. I sent an email to Alpena about it on the Sunday evening and received a response early Monday morning saying they would have them mailed out right away. Alpena will be my first choice for future purchases!
