Ryan and co are great- Ryan is a certified arborist- so he ticks all the boxes- has helped us save trees, pass defensible space with Tahoe Donner Fire, while knowing how to trim trees in ways that pass Defensible Space and make them healthier while still looking nice. His prices are market average (and way better than Elements), he's responsive and timely. And his crew does other clean up opportunistically while they're out here.
We are repeat customers of Alpen Tree - I will never use another company to complete tree removal and/or defensible space work. They are so solid, such great communicators and stand by their work. I highly recommend. We hired them to do a decent amount of defensible work and after a few weeks (and some new growth), we failed our inspection by our HOA. Alpen Tree came back out and completed the job at no extra price and we passed inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend. Very solid company.
Two huge trees, 3 men, 2 days. Excellent crew working in unison was very impressive to see. No damage to the property very safe and professional.
They've taken care of several jobs for me, from a very large complicated tree removal to simple stump grinding. Their communication is always good and their prices are fair.
Five stars for Ryan and the office crew. He took care of the stumps I'd been procrastinating on for over 15 years. What a pleasant upgrade to the yard. They answer their phones. And they follow through on what they say they'll do. Really appreciate the professionalism.
