This is THE BEST place you will find in Utah! Stop looking, you’ve already found it! The team is incredibly professional, compassionate, and caring. I suffer from TMJ and have very difficult veins whenever I need an IV, so I was a little nervous going in. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at mvperio . I had a horrible experience with the billing department and their team not communicating with me about the process for the appeal and how things needed to be done in 60 days. I had to call them to find out information on what was going on. Words can’t express how I feel right now. Now I am stuck with a bill over 1700. I will not come back for any other services and not recommend this place to anyone.
I came to this office for a consultation regarding gum recession and was surprised to learn about the $150 consultation fee, as I wasn’t aware of it beforehand. The consultation itself was very brief—about five minutes—and no X-rays were taken. I was told that I needed gum grafting on four teeth. I decided to get two additional opinions from other periodontists, both of whom provided consultations at no charge & included X-rays. Everyone was amazing and I felt so confident in doctor and nurses.
I just had to have a sinus lift (which sounds scary) so that I can have enough bone to have a post and an implant put in. At the same time I had to have a tooth extraction and post put in in a different spot. I’ve also come in to see Dr Hegde a couple of other times. All I can say is that she is amazing!
