Found out only after booking that check-in was at a sister property office. Upon arrival (3:15 pm) the office is closed and realuzed that they took full payment. Had to come back at 4 p.m. Then after 4 attempts I could get access to the room (wrong signage). Then again, the free breakfast is at a 3rd location. Wow. What chaos. None of this was obviously indicated in booking procedure.
Great price, easy check in, clean rooms/linens, and no bugs except for the occasional one from outside (no bed bugs). Breakfast at Screamers was great and included a drink. Great view from the balcony as well. We were pleasantly surprised to have our room cleaned during our stay. We definitely would stay here again.
Very clean
We stayed at this motel with our family and another family, and unfortunately the experience was very poor from start to finish. Customer service was terrible — at check-in, no one mentioned that breakfast vouchers were included with our stay. When we found out later and asked about it, we were told we had to cross the highway to pick them up. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a bit dated but everything worked and it was at a great price! Would stay here again!
