Paul is great to work with and extremely knowledgeable about building in Truckee and the surrounding areas. We are a General contractor. A client of ours used an out of area engineer for a deck addition which called out special order materials and custom fabricated hardware increasing costs significantly. We recommended our client have the plans re-engineered with Paul. While they had to pay twice for engineering it ended up saving them a lot of money. We highly recommend his services.
