I came to this rehab in January, and it honestly changed my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt peace and hope—something I hadn’t felt in a long time. I would like to say my stay at alpas wellness helped me change my life and has given me more opportunities to focus on for my future. My case manager Mr. Duncan helped me throughout my stay there. The staff as a complete unit was amazing including all the therapists that was provided 7 days a week. The BHT’s ( behavioral health technicians) were very helpful and welcoming and showed true compassion for all the patients there. Alpas has been fantastic, the nursing staff has been phenomenal, my case worker Darryl was the best at making sure my work paperwork got taken care of as well as my aftercare set up. The clinical staff was also great and the groups and community were good as well. I would recommend this to anyone who needs help with dual diagnosis. The BHT staff was always helpful especially Amaya. ALPAS is truly different from other treatment centers. My experience here was amazing. The Behavioral Health Technicians, Therapists, Nursing Staff, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Staff, and even the Cleaning Staff are all incredibly supportive and helpful. They prioritize patient care and comfort above all else. Alpas Wellness is a nice place on the inside. Beautiful waterfall. Admissions process felt a little strange as some of my check in belongings were not given to me until a week later. My case Manager, Darryl was s kind, helpful, and made my exit transition smoothly. The food options were ok. Food too salty. Nursing staff kind and caring. Shout out to Nurse Donna, she made you feel welcomed and important as a patient and a human being. Housekeeper Ms. Andrea a true sweetheart, always provided excellent care.
