My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I spent a total of 47 minutes on the phone and most of that time was on HOLD! Instead of receiving the quote I called for, my time was completely wasted. To make matters worse, I was hung up on three separate times and placed on hold without warning. The customer service I received set the tone so I’ll be going elsewhere. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine what their service is like after you’ve signed up.
