My experience with ALPA Insurance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. There were multiple problems with communication regarding my policy, including being given incorrect information about my payment due date. There also seemed to be a lack of proper documentation, with important notes and information not being consistently recorded for the next person handling my policy.
