I first came to ALP about 8 years ago and I had no idea what to do in a gym. Because of my lack of experience I asked Adam Lloyd to write workout programs for me. He wrote 7 months of workout programs for me, the programs came with online coaching, nutritional coaching and videos of how to do each and every exercise with proper form. I have been cycling through these programs for the last 8 years and they still work extremely well for muscle growth. Definitely worth every dollar!

Alena from ALP is such a gifted and knowledgeable trainer. She is able to accurately assess your strengths and identify areas of improvement in a gentle/approachable way. She makes the gym feel less intimidating. Highly recommend!
