Initially a great experience until we found that some of the lightning rods were not screwed into the roof and had actually fallen over. I don't know if this company is even in business any longer as they will not return calls or emails. Terrible customer service and professionalism.
I’m not sure if these guys are still in business?. I’ve left two phone messages, sent a message on their website and sent an email to their sales department over the past three weeks specifying that I’m looking for them to do lightning protection work and I’ve gotten no calls or emails in return.
After two lightning strikes caused major damage to our property, we turned to ALP for a full lightning protection system for our estate. Best decision we ever made. Since installation, we’ve had zero damage and complete peace of mind. The ALP team was professional, meticulous, and left our property spotless. Their ongoing lightning reports and testing prove they stand behind their work. I would recommend them without hesitation
