My experience with Dr. Ozpinar and his team was fantastic! After more than 10 years of trying to get the surgery that I knew I needed, I had become frustrated and soured by the people I had interacted with at 3 previous neurosurgery appointments. During the initial meeting with him which lasted less than 5 minutes, I was informed by my PCP that he IGNORANTLY ASSUMED that Every pain medicine I've Ever tried I'm currently/actively taking. Not only is this inaccurate, I've been dealing with nerve damage for more than 15 years. I wouldn't let him near Anyone I care about, including my dog.
Dr. Ozpinar was my surgeon for a very long and difficult spinal fusion of 16 vertebrae to correct my severe scoliosis. He did a wonderful job and was always dedicated to the best possible outcome for my situation. Dr. Ozpinar followed up with my care throughout my hospitalization and rehab. I feel satisfied with the results he was able to achieve and am glad I had this surgery with him.
Dr. Ozpinar performed lumbar laminectomy surgery on me on December 5, 2025. The surgery went flawlessly, and less than three weeks later, I feel like a new man! I am eternally grateful to Dr. Ozpinar and the entire neurosurgery team that helped me.
Dr Ozpinar performed a spinal fusion 2 years ago. I was 81 and had scoliosis and severe pain. My outcome was wonderful. I can stand up straight and the severe pain is gone. I found Dr Ozpinar to be very competent and personable. He took time to explain everything and answer questions. His staff and assistant were readily available if needed. I highly recommend him.
