Where do I begin? You should RUN away from this vendor. I live overseas, so I wanted my daughter in good hands as she went through the wedding dress process since I could not be there in person. I wish I could give zero stars!!! I do not recommend going here!!! I know a lot of people that got their dress from Amber and every single one had problems with her. She is on her best behavior at your first consult and it is ALL downhill from there. She consistently would cancel appointments for fittings the day of or make me wait a long time when I arrived because she hadn’t worked on my dress. I honestly would give this shop zero stars if I could. I initially went to Amber for a custom wedding dress and left the consultation feeling confident. She was kind, seemed capable, and assured me the design I wanted was completely doable. She even said that if she couldn’t deliver on it, she wouldn’t take the job. Please tread carefully before sending yourself, a loved one, or even a distant high school acquaintance to Alp Bridal with hopes of having a dream wedding dress custom made. Great experience all around! Amber was so pleasant to work with. My daughter had photos of the dress she wanted. She and Amber sketched it and worked to create it. Amber was very upfront about what the fabrics could and could not do. She was so patient as we decided which lace to use and what length to have the sleeves, etc. We made several tweaks along the way to make the dress fit and look like my daughter wanted.
