I honestly would give this shop zero stars if I could. I initially went to Amber for a custom wedding dress and left the consultation feeling confident. She was kind, seemed capable, and assured me the design I wanted was completely doable. She even said that if she couldn’t deliver on it, she wouldn’t take the job. Please tread carefully before sending yourself, a loved one, or even a distant high school acquaintance to Alp Bridal with hopes of having a dream wedding dress custom made. Great experience all around! Amber was so pleasant to work with. My daughter had photos of the dress she wanted. She and Amber sketched it and worked to create it. Amber was very upfront about what the fabrics could and could not do. She was so patient as we decided which lace to use and what length to have the sleeves, etc. We made several tweaks along the way to make the dress fit and look like my daughter wanted. Truthfully?? This was shocking. She told my friend she could EASILY make her dress & she could NOT. Amber was so extremely unprofessional and patronizing. After MULTIPLE appointments with obvious imperfections and mistakes in the dress, she kept trying to hide the mismatched parts of the dress. Amber made the most beautiful dress for my daughter! The dress fit my daughter perfectly and was exactly what she wanted. Such a positive experience at ALP Bridal! Amber is a delight to work with. 100% would recommend!
