Brought my cat here , told me he was okay, now he’s bleeding from his genital area, would rather give u a bill and say he is okay rather than look further into them. bad experience

I have been bringing my pets to Alouette for 10+ years and have always received top-notch service. The front staff is very kind and went out of their way to fit us in when my little Dory wasn't feeling well. My pets love going to see them!
I have been taking my dog, Chewie, to Alouette Animal Hospital since 2021. What makes them stand out are the staff at the front. Regardless if it is over the phone or if i am in person Robyn, Sierrah, and Jessica have always been wonderful, caring and attentive!
