Worst customer service experience. Spoke to an agent today by name Jordan and she was so unprofessional. Did not give me any clear information on my policy changes I asked her to make. I’ve had this insurance for years with them and this was my first time dealing with them for a policy change and I really do not appreciate the way they manage business. Definitely looking to move to another insurance very soon.
The Worst Of the worst and its only about 2 and a possible agent that work there! they are very rude! Esp Alonzo! you are just another payment to him! had me paying $700 for car ins all because SOME ONE entered the same accident 3 times! it took Lexis Nexis to dig and tell me! he ate salad in my ear and told me drive more careful!
I have been with State Farm over 45 yrs .I dealt with 3 different offices in that time. I lefted within that time for about 1 yr. Our son started taking care of our Insurnces for us. Unfortunately he passed away, and we came right back to State Farm. I've always had a pleasant experience with your people at the offices. Customer service is nothing like it use to be. Alonzo office still remains a pleasant one. Thank You
