Rude, lazy staff. Some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Staff is about as useless as a concrete parachute. Whoever that Santa-Clause-Looking old man is that stands at the front counter on his laptop needs to do something other than walk in front of customers without saying a word. I hope he’s not in management/leadership or the owner, because all he does is watch his staff give terrible to zero customer service. He’s about as useless as a knitted condom.
