My wife works for this company is a care giver for a several clients she is the best taking great care of all her clients . All the many homes are located in Watertown , Mn. Ed whom is the owner of all the group homes all the staff that manage all there care for all there clients are not working for the pay there working because they truly care and validate each client's needs constantly assessing all the aspect of care at such a high level exceeds other group homes . Such a great company to work for! Honest, reliable and thoughtful leadership backed by a friendly staff that truly cares about their clients. The homes they run are all very nice and maintained well. Overall, I am proud to be part of their team.
