When I informed Shannon Elaine I was running late to an appt, she clarified there is a 15 minute policy so I would not be able to be seen if after that timeframe. I expressed that I needed support and requested to change to telehealth or a phone call. She declined any options of support outside of utilizing the Crisis Line, but I was not suicidal or in a crisis.
