THEY SOLD ME A BAD TIRE. For someone who doesn’t know much about tires, I trusted their judgment. The man insisted it was a good tire for being used & turns out he sold me a terrible tire. I had a wire puncture through it a few days later and when I went into THREE other tire shops, they told me they shouldn’t have even sold me that tire for safety reasons. My husband returned to let them know and to work out a deal and they denied they were wrong for selling the tire & we couldn’t come to an agreement.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Alondra’s Tire Shop was beyond frustrating. I came in needing two simple patches—something that should have been quick and inexpensive—but instead, I was told I had to buy a brand new tire. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my tire that justified replacing it, yet they refused to even attempt a repair. The people seem like they don't want to help. They told me to purchase a certain part and they'd install it. I arrive and another employee says I don't need that part, I need a different one. I get the other part and they install it. When they finished I turned my car on and the traction light sensor turned on immediately, I thought to myself maybe it would go away in a few minutes. Great shop. Glad I found them. They fixed my tired quickly and thoroughly. The prices are economical and the people were friendly enough.
A bit on the pricey side and didn't even do as I asked then stands in front of you and talks trash about you thinking you don't understand Spanish well your wrong on that one cause I heard every word you said and will never return
