When I moved into Alonda Villa MHP I would have given 5 stars. However, over the last 10 years maintenance has deteriorated. Roads are breaking up, weeds growing through asphalt, rules not being followed. Allowances seem to be made to friends. The clubhouse is open only a few hours during weekdays. The new maintenance works very hard and is proactive, but one man can do only so much. In 11 years the streets have been swept twice. No snow removal during winter except once during very heavy snow.
