Office scheduled my procedure for one time and gave me another and told me I'd have to come back another day. After getting the procedure I called several weeks later for a follow up due to some discomfort and complications. Office can't/won't schedule me for over a month and will not allow me to see another doctor. I will be seeking an alternative provider. Last time I checked, post procedure complications deserve some attention.
I would no recommend this doctor to anyone. I was a long time patient of Dr. Lehrhoff, one of his partners, but do to an emergent issue I needed to get in right away so they scheduled me with Dr. Mass. I’ve had numerous spinal fusions with the latest one being less than 2 months ago. Since then I’ve experienced some worsening urological issues.
