EDIT (8/2021): Dr. Perez is closing this clinic and a notice is now on the website so I am revising my review for the third time to accurately reflect how I feel, which is neutral. If anyone is reading this - these types of reviews for medical care are always difficult because the abilities of a physician and the business of the practice are two very different things. Zero communication. Personally, I not only found another PCP but I made sure they weren't in the Christus system. If Christus has relationships with these sorts of providers, there's no need to frequent any of their facilities. I'll take my money elsewhere.

So disappointed… Dr. Rolando Pérez was one of the nicest caring physicians I’ve ever met. I was happy I had finally found a doctor who listened. Unfortunately out of nowhere he stopped going to the office. Then his partner quit. Now his office closed unexpectedly. All of his patients have been “abandoned”.

If I could give them zero stars I would! My mother has been a patient of theirs for 4 years and starting just prior to the pandemic getting ahold of a human being is impossible, getting a prescription filled is impossible, and getting an appointment is impossible! Even with the patient portal, messages go unreplied for weeks if they’re answered at all. We have left over 20 voicemails, all unanswered. We loved the physicians when they were in office and even over the phone they were still great but whoever is managing it now ... read more
