Horrible horrible horrible experience. Just awful. Doctor doom & gloom- wasted $70 and waiting 6 weeks only to be told there was absolutely nothing he could do and no cures or therapy for arthritis pain. He did not listen at all- just ordered additional testing and barely spent 5 minutes with us. Referred to orthopedic doctor, saying just get a hip replacement. Unable to make an appointment with a referral. What happens if you're not happy with your current care and you want a new doctor? So disappointed with the healthcare system.
Didn't listen, didn't exam, didn't care and guessing at diagnosis and treatment.
Tried this practice when I moved to the area and have since left, driving over an hour to see my previous doctor. Did not feel listened to or valued, and did not feel cared for at all. I will never return and would rather keep driving hours to another facility.
I have had a pleasant experience with Dr. Sachdeva. He finally helped me find the answers to my chronic pain and flare ups, when Tracey Lovell would just write off my concerns. I am grateful for his care, manner and availability to see patients. I would recommend him.
