This is the first time I've ever had to leave a negative review on a provider but his office earned it I was told by his office that new patients were being accepted. I tried to schedule an appointment as I was referred by a primary doctor for GI services and spent two weeks making phone calls to his office, physically dropping medical records off (because his office allegedly didn't get the fax I sent over from another office so I had to print them up) and basically waiting to get scheduled. Dr Gupta was very knowledgeable and worked to solve my husband’s GI issue. He allowed me to ask questions and recommended consultations that could lead to a solution. He injected medication to help speed the healing process and his patient communication was very through! thank you Dr Gupta.
