Lionstone owns this company now. Let me give you a run down on what’s going on now, starting from the top to the bottom; The administration and management are not listening! The residents are not being taken care of simply because they don’t care! Do not bring your loved ones here. They’re running the “neighborhoods” (aka halls/units) short staffed knowing that the demographic had changed. I visited a close friend of the family in the Woods today, the nurse that was working that shift name was Dee, Dee was amazing the politeness, patients and warm heart she has for those individuals are just heart warming, God really sent a caring person to care for them, Her warm smile brightens up the day, thank you nurse Dee for having such a wonderful attitude.

Would leave a zero if I could, giving them one is a lie. Smell of urine in entire building administrators rude and no help when complaints are valid. Lazy supervisors no help so don’t bother asking them anything they act offended if have questions

I highly recommend Alois Alzheimer Center. My experience spans 2 years. I had prior experiences with other facilities before placing my wife in the hands of Alois. There have been changes over those years all of them to improve either the processes or the facility for my wife. All the people that work here focus on residents with some form of dementia. This is a huge plus. The single thread all the workers share is they care about the residents they keep healthy and safe.
