I’ve gone to Dr. Aloi for years. Yet, I’ve never had a patient experience as belittling, disrespectful, and insulting as the one I just experienced with Dr. Aloi. I had come in because I chipped my tooth, and called ahead to inquire what my options would be, as it was just cosmetic. They offered to file it down, to which I shared I was curious if there may be the option of bonding, despite it being a smaller chip. Dr. Aloi and her assistant Mj were amazing. They were able to get me in on short notice, were gentle and friendly. Normally, I stress about the dentist but never again. Thank you Dr. Aloi and Mj!
Dentist office cancelled appointment several times at last minute. The last time I was actually sitting in the waiting room. I have overheard front desk people talking very rude and unprofessional to patients on the phone. I will not be going back and would not recommend.
Went in today for my appointment for a cleaning. Been going to this place my entire life, but it has been a while since I’ve seen a dentist. They cleaned half my mouth and said I’m done and to make another appointment for the other half. Due to playing “catch up” on cleaning. Came there to get it all done and now have to move around my schedule for yet another cleaning appointment a month and a half later.
