Yesterday we had our very first visit with this vet. From the beginning, we were welcomed by a super friendly face who helped checking us in. She gave our gilt a bandana and explained that they’re a fear free vet, with pheromones throughout the ENTIRE office (eval rooms included). She gave our girl a bandana sprayed with those pheromones as well. I instantly felt like she was in safe hands. The evaluation was super informative and I got a lot of my questions answered. Absolutely fantastic staff. They make you feel welcome. They do everything they can do to make your dog or pet relaxed and comfortable. All staff was amazing. They used to live near them, but I’ve moved to San Bernardino. I will still be coming down from San Bernardino to continue bringing my fur baby here. There are more than worth to drive. While our dog, Stella, received high-quality emergency care for a serious paw injury, our family will not be returning for ongoing services. Positive Experience- the emergency care. I had an amazing experience at Aloha Veterinary Hospital. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel confident leaving my pup in their care. The facility was spotless and very well maintained, which says a lot. Definitely a 5-star experience—I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else.
