The vet and her staff are friendly and helpful. The office is clean and bright. My cats were comfortable during their exams and didn't even flinch when they got their shots.
Super friendly staff and they treat all animals (even chickens)! But they really need to work on their communication & scheduling. I've had multiple set appointments and have repeatedly waited for HOURS just to see the vet for a quick 10-minutes. I've done a drop off- anticipating that it would take all day- and mentioned that I had to go to work (on West Side where I live) only to have them call me to let me know my animal was ready for pickup as soon as I got back home (Would have waited in Hilo if I knew it wasn't going t... read more
Doctor was very sweet but i will not go back because of the staff. I make an appointment get text confirmation, go at the scheduled time and they say I'm a week early. I go a week later and they say my appointment was last week. So frustrating.
Love my vet. Friendly and knowledgeable front staff. Prompt. Doctors are knowledgeable and helpful taking care of my cats and answering all of my questions.
