Buyer beware! This place has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They sold us a $30,000 that turned out to be a factory second. Then they promised 2 weeks to fix it. They weren't equipped to fix it so they sent it back to the factory. 2 months later. Still not repaired and we told told to take our trailer elsewhere if we aren't happy with the service even though we paid thousands extra for the extended warranty. We had some problems with our RV while visiting Albuquerque, and although we did not have to take it there for service, these guys were very helpful and gave my husband some great advice. We would definitely use them if we lived in the area.
I picked up my 2009 Flagstaff today and I must say, I was really impressed with the knowledge and expertise my salesman Michael Vallejos showed throughout the whole process. He was so considerate and made sure we were happy with our investment. He went above and beyond what he was obligated to do and even went in on his day off to make sure everything was to our liking.
