She listen patiently as I explained the whole story and stated they would work to make things right. She came through with flying colors. BUYER BEWARE...Small Town Company from "Hicksville" TN trying to do business in a market they don't understand. They will collect 90% of your money and only do 50% of the work. Knowing they have collected most of your money, they have NO incentive to send crews from "Hicksville" TN to St. Louis to finish your pool. You become a non-priority customer because they have collected the majority of your money. Also, you will be responsible to acquire permits, HOA approval, electical bids, and gas plumbing bids.

We got estimates from multiple companies. All but Aloha advised we were limited to options (like fiberglass was not an option as it could not down the road and definitely no way to get in the backyard) and everything was going to be outside the budget. Jon at Aloha gave us options, a great price, and customer service beyond our wildest dreams. If you are interested in a pool, please give this excellent company a chance. You will not be disappointed.

We signed to purchase a semi in-ground free flow pool with Jon in March of 2023, with optional fiberglass steps and rails around top of the pool. Construction was to begin May 9th . Then the delays, first one week then two more and finally starts end of May. The actual pool that was built was fine and I’m mostly happy with it. But be prepared to act as your own General Contractor as Aloha makes no effort to contact, coordinate or schedule the electrical contractor, landscape contractor or county inspectors. This year when buying a pool with Aloha Pools and Spas, I worked almost entirely with Jon Haupt. As a first time buyer and having very little experience in the pool business, Jon was very patient and informative with me throughout the entire process. I mean from beginning to end, he was there.
