I am leaving five stars. Any major construction project comes with ups and downs. I waited almost a year to write this because a couple things needed to be straight upon pool opening. However, Aloha, over winter and upon opening, fixed the hiccups (pool cover and heater). While I am frustrated with them missing a few appointments because of Midwest travel, I found them to be incredibly responsive, professional and full of heart. **New update February 2025** Adding additional 2 stars. I received a call from Pat with Aloha Pools wanting to make things right from our experience with the salesman. She listen patiently as I explained the whole story and stated they would work to make things right. She came through with flying colors. BUYER BEWARE...Small Town Company from "Hicksville" TN trying to do business in a market they don't understand. They will collect 90% of your money and only do 50% of the work. Knowing they have collected most of your money, they have NO incentive to send crews from "Hicksville" TN to St. Louis to finish your pool. You become a non-priority customer because they have collected the majority of your money. Also, you will be responsible to acquire permits, HOA approval, electical bids, and gas plumbing bids.

We got estimates from multiple companies. All but Aloha advised we were limited to options (like fiberglass was not an option as it could not down the road and definitely no way to get in the backyard) and everything was going to be outside the budget. Jon at Aloha gave us options, a great price, and customer service beyond our wildest dreams. If you are interested in a pool, please give this excellent company a chance. You will not be disappointed.
